Great Kodiak 8" Chef Knife - Walnut - BLEM

Bought this as a gift, ended up keeping it for myself. Took a few passes on the strop and it's razor sharp. Handle fits my grip comfortably even after long use. Solid addition to the collection.

Great Kodiak 8" Chef Knife - Walnut - BLEM

First impressions of the Kodiak 8" Chef Knife - Walnut - BLEM: heavier and better balanced than photos suggest. Blade geometry makes it easy to control. Fit and finish on the handle is better than knives twice the price. Arrived a bit later than expected but well worth the wait. Only wish I'd bought this sooner.
