Processing times

• Standard orders: 1–3 business days.
• Custom / engraved orders: 7–10 business days.
• Bulk / corporate orders: 3–6 weeks after confirmation.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you once the order is dispatched. If you do not receive it, please check spam or contact orders@bladewolf.com.

International shipping

• Available to supported destinations.
• Delivery time depends on destination and carrier.
• Buyers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees.
• Some countries restrict knife imports; buyers must ensure legal eligibility.

Delivery issues

If your order is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and any photos of packaging damage.

Age restrictions

Buyers must meet the minimum legal age to purchase a knife in their country. Bladewolf may cancel or refuse orders that do not comply with local law.
