Description

Persian empire, employing foreign soldiers as mercenaries became commonplace. One of the “fringe” territories that became a strong asset to the Persian army was the Scythians.

Blade
Damascus steel earned its reputation traveling the world, forged from wootz ingots of South India and Sri Lanka, traded through the markets of Damascus, and carried across Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East by warriors, traders, and craftsmen for more than two thousand years. This Scythian Hand-Forged Damascus Steel Hunting Knife - Pakkawood blade is hand-forged in that tradition — 256 layers of 1095 and 15n20, folded and shaped for a lifetime of dependable use.
Handle
The handle is built for grip, control, and heirloom appeal — pairing premium materials with detailed craftsmanship. Each piece is finished by hand, so no two knives look exactly the same. Questions? Email orders@bladewolf.com . CARE & USE 1095 is a high-carbon steel and will rust if not dried and oiled after use.

Been using the Scythian Hunting Knife - Pakkawood for a few weeks now, solid piece. Edge came shaving sharp out of the box. Arrived a bit later than expected but well worth the wait. Worth every penny.
