Description

Grillin’ with AB to create a series of two kitchen knives. This set includes the two main knives that Aaron uses in his kitchen and while grilling.

Blade
Damascus steel earned its reputation traveling the world, forged from wootz ingots of South India and Sri Lanka, traded through the markets of Damascus, and carried across Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East by warriors, traders, and craftsmen for more than two thousand years. This Smokin' and Grillin' with AB Signature Japanese Damascus Steel Knife set of 2 blade is hand-forged in that tradition — 256 layers of 1095 and 15n20, folded and shaped for a lifetime of dependable use.
Handle
The handle is built for grip, control, and heirloom appeal — pairing premium materials with detailed craftsmanship. Each piece is finished by hand, so no two knives look exactly the same. Questions? Email orders@bladewolf.com . CARE & USE 1095 is a high-carbon steel and will rust if not dried and oiled after use.

Great Smokin' and Grillin' with AB Signature Knife set of 2

First impressions of the Smokin' and Grillin' with AB Signature Knife set of 2: heavier and better balanced than photos suggest. Took a few passes on the strop and it's razor sharp. Handle fits my grip comfortably even after long use. Came with a nice presentation box, good gift option. Already thinking about ordering another one.

Picked this up for everyday use and it's held up great so far. Holds an edge well after repeated use. Arrived a bit later than expected but well worth the wait. Only wish I'd bought this sooner.
