Description

Italian bakers began to be concerned with the popularity of baguettes being imported from France. This thin French bread was starting to hurt the Italian bread makers business.

Blade
Damascus steel earned its reputation traveling the world, forged from wootz ingots of South India and Sri Lanka, traded through the markets of Damascus, and carried across Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East by warriors, traders, and craftsmen for more than two thousand years. This Cavallari Hand-Forged Damascus Steel 10" Serrated Bread Knife - Yellow/Black Handle blade is hand-forged in that tradition — 256 layers of 1095 and 15n20, folded and shaped for a lifetime of dependable use.
Handle
The handle is built for grip, control, and heirloom appeal — pairing premium materials with detailed craftsmanship. Each piece is finished by hand, so no two knives look exactly the same. Questions? Email orders@bladewolf.com . CARE & USE 1095 is a high-carbon steel and will rust if not dried and oiled after use.

Great Cavallari 10" Serrated Bread Knife - Yellow/Black Handle

First impressions of the Cavallari 10" Serrated Bread Knife - Yellow/Black Handle: heavier and better balanced than photos suggest. Steel feels premium, no wobble at the pivot. Weight distribution feels just right, not blade-heavy. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality piece.

Great Cavallari 10" Serrated Bread Knife - Yellow/Black Handle

Been using the Cavallari 10" Serrated Bread Knife - Yellow/Black Handle for a few weeks now, solid piece. Took a few passes on the strop and it's razor sharp. Fit and finish on the handle is better than knives twice the price. Support team was responsive when I asked about care instructions. Only wish I'd bought this sooner.
